@Paul Edel Ill try setting the camera to wide with the model 3 as i think it shows the whole steering wheel which would be good

@ Tesla Driver, It would be much better if we could see your hands at all times so the viewer has a better idea of what's going each step of the way; not to mention showing the young reckless drivers out there that your'e playing it safe at all times by showing your hands being at the ready to take over in an instant. Perhaps do it on your Model 3 self-driving video? Just a thought.

this is not FSD, none of the turns the car did as per the map. FSD is where car literally navigates according to the map including the turns.

Since we've got the benefit of being able to pause and rewind in order to look for (and thoroughly inspect) the bus lane sign at 10:20 (video position). The bus lane operates between 8 AM to 10 AM, and also 4 PM to 6 PM. Looking down at your dash, it's 7:55 AM, so you avoided a ticket by less than 5 minutes...

                  Geoff Willingham  2 months back

Pretty sure (although it's been decades since I did the test) that single-yellow mean you can park for short period (something like 5 mins to 30 mins, although I forget the actual value), whereas double-yellow means no parking at all (stopping to let someone out is frowned upon but technically permitted, iirc). Double-red is no stopping for any reason (mostly found on priority routes in London, iirc). Personally, I tend to only use 'proper' car parks and avoid parking on the road - but that's more due to having a wide car and not wanting to kerb the alloys getting in close :D

I'd be super interested to see the way AP performs on wet surface roads, particularly those made with stone mastic. For example, "BBC Island" (London Road in Nottingham, at the junction with Canal Street and Lower Parliament Street). The sheen is so glossy when wet, especially in low light, that the human eye can totally lose the white lines and you're guessing your way through the space with eyeballs on stalks.
How does the car deal with that?

In fact Nottingham in general would be pretty funky to see, because the roads are poor, the drivers are aggressive, and junction layouts unusual in some places.

So the line between two opposing directions is the same as the line between two lanes traveling the same direction? Is that not confusing? And is that yellow strap on the steering wheel just for the camera?

Why do people park on the sidewalk but leave a little bit left hanging out on the road? hardly anybody walks there anyways, so why bother making space for people to walk. Feels very rural.

On the lines of the road, they have reflectors which your tires go over creating a noise. It's to prevent drivers from swaying in their lanes and to make the lanes visible in the dark.
